Assisted suits formats where a person wants to approve changes and requests—for example next to a DJ or at events with a host. Auto suits recurring daily operation with a clear music profile. Staff can switch modes at any time.

Yes. Staff can pause, skip or switch to Manual and decide what plays. Online this works on the staff page; offline, staff control the show on site via the Edge launcher and the remote keys.

Yes. In Assisted mode, SkafRemix suggests and prepares while the DJ decides. The DJ remains in charge of live performance and spontaneous moderation—that is where a DJ is stronger.

You set genres and unwanted content. Requests outside your rules are not accepted automatically—your staff review or decline them. In Assisted mode staff approve requests first, and paid options never override your rules.

Yes. In the music profile you define genres, the energy curve for each phase of the night, important songs and content that should not play.

A sound system with a free input. The Edge connects via the PC’s audio outputs or a USB audio interface. We check the connection together in the venue check.

No, screens are optional. If you connect screens via HDMI or DisplayPort, the Edge detects and sets them up automatically; they can show QR codes, Now Playing and one of 50 display modes.

It depends on your sound system, screens and network. We plan the date and the steps in the venue check; the SkafRemix team then sets up the Edge remotely and tests audio, screens and the offline fallback with your contact on site.

Yes. Remote setup by the SkafRemix team is free. On-site installation is available on request.

The Edge keeps playing locally and staff keep control via the Edge launcher and the remote keys. Guest QR requests and votes, the staff web page and remote changes pause and resync automatically after reconnection.

No. Guests scan a QR code and use SkafRemix in their browser—no app and no account.

No. The music runs without any guest interaction. You decide if and when QR requests and voting are active.

No. Guests can request and vote, but your rules and your staff decide what plays. Crowd Brain combines approved requests, votes and staff direction—the final say stays with your staff.

Guest texts pass automatic safety checks, and shoutouts appear on screens only after your staff approve them. Requests outside your rules are not accepted automatically, and staff can decline any request.

You choose. Buy the box once—standard box €350, performance box €1,000—and then pay only the package price. Or include it: €30 more per month for a minimum term of 12 months (standard box) or 34 months (performance box); after that the price drops to the package price and the box is yours.

The standard box (no NVIDIA graphics card) runs Basic, Flow and Crowd. Party and Enterprise need the performance box with an NVIDIA graphics card (at least 6 GB of memory) for mashup moments, karaoke and the avatar host.

No. SkafRemix plays your venue’s own licensed music and supplies no commercial music. The licences for playing music in public stay with your venue.

Remote setup is free. On-site installation is available on request and agreed in your offer.

Basic, Flow, Crowd and Party are for one venue. Enterprise covers multiple locations with central management and is priced per location.

Yes. Request a pilot for your venue; we clarify venue, sound system and typical nights and send you a pilot offer with package and scope.

With the box bought, every package can be cancelled monthly to the end of the current billing period; there is no minimum term. With the box included, the minimum term is 12 months (standard box) or 34 months (performance box); if you cancel earlier, the subscription ends at the end of the term and the remaining box shares stay due. For a package change, just contact us and we arrange it with you.

Signed updates are prepared in advance and activated only while the show is stopped—never during a running night. The update status is visible in your business workspace.

In the business workspace you see the status of your venue and the Edge, the current mode, requests and votes, and incident reports. Guests use SkafRemix without an account.

The status is shown in the Edge launcher and your workspace, and our support helps you by email, phone or WhatsApp—remotely only with your approval. How a defective device is replaced is set out in your offer.
