Can several hotel outlets use one setup?
Each outlet with its own sound system runs its own Edge. With Enterprise you manage several locations, their rules and roles from one place; Enterprise starts at €49 per month and location, net.
Can guests request songs at a rooftop bar?
Yes, if you want it. Guests scan a QR code and request or vote in the browser. Your rules and your staff decide what plays.
What happens if the hotel network fails?
The Edge keeps playing locally and staff keep control on site via the Edge launcher and the remote keys. Cloud features such as guest requests pause and resync after reconnection.
Do we need screens?
No. Screens are optional; without them SkafRemix runs with audio only.
