Your total cost at a glance

Box bought: the box price once, then the monthly package price. Box included: the package price plus €30 per month during the minimum term, then the package price only. Remote setup is free; on-site installation (on request) is agreed in your offer.

Edge box

Two ways to get the Edge box.

Every package runs on a SkafRemix Edge box in your venue. You choose how to pay for it; the package price stays the same.

Box bought

  • You pay the box once: standard box €350, performance box €1,000.
  • After that, only the monthly package price.
  • Cancellable monthly to the end of the current billing period, no minimum term.
  • The box is yours once it is paid.
  • Payment by SEPA Direct Debit or card.

Box included

  • No upfront box payment: a €30 box share per month on top of the package price.
  • Minimum term: 12 months with the standard box, 34 months with the performance box.
  • After the last share the price drops to the package price automatically, the box is yours and you can cancel monthly.
  • If you cancel before the end of the term, the subscription ends at the term end; the remaining box shares stay due.
  • Payment by SEPA Direct Debit.

Which box your package needs

  • Standard box (€350): no NVIDIA graphics card. Runs Basic, Flow and Crowd.
  • Performance box (€1,000): NVIDIA graphics card with at least 6 GB of memory for mashup moments, karaoke and the avatar host. Needed for Party and Enterprise.

Example Flow: box bought = €350 once, then €19 / month. Box included = €49 / month for 12 months, then €19 / month.

  • All prices net, plus VAT. Your confirmed offer defines the exact scope.
  • “Setup-dependent” features need the right equipment, content or rights (for example display rights for sports moments or a microphone path for karaoke). Pilot features are available in pilots; the scope is agreed individually.
  • Paid guest extras such as Coins, VIP or shoutouts are not part of Basic to Party; with Enterprise they are agreed individually.
  • Billing periods start on the day your plan is activated, not on the first of the month.
  • Crowd and Party add pilot and setup-dependent features. Before you choose one of them, we confirm in the venue check which of these features can go live at your venue.
  • Music is not included: SkafRemix plays your venue’s own licensed music; the licences for playing it in public stay with your venue.
