Website information

This website presents SkafRemix, operated by Mohamed Taha Khattari Slahousaid, to venues and other business customers. Product descriptions, plans, calculators and scenarios are general information and are not a binding offer, guarantee, revenue promise or service-level commitment.

Individual B2B agreement

A written offer and contract define the selected plan, activated features, Edge hardware, installation, support, pricing, payment terms, service territory and responsibilities. Where that agreement differs from this website, the signed agreement controls.

Music and venue responsibilities

Each venue remains responsible for the permissions, public-performance licences, content rules and local operational requirements that apply to its business. SkafRemix provides technical controls but does not replace the venue’s legal, safety or music-licensing decisions.

Guest participation and paid experiences

Free participation remains available where enabled. Coins, VIP, priority influence, shoutouts or other paid functions are optional and are available only after provider onboarding, venue approval and local compliance checks. Payment never guarantees the next track and never overrides venue policy, moderation, fairness, music quality or safety.

AI, Edge and availability

SkafRemix uses AI functions, and guests are informed when they interact with automated AI functions. The local Edge is the final authority for critical playback and safety decisions. Cloud, AI, social, avatar and third-party functions may be limited or paused when a dependency is unavailable or a venue policy disables them.

Intellectual property

SkafRemix branding, software, interfaces and original website content may not be copied, resold or represented as another provider’s product without written permission. Third-party names and media remain subject to their respective rights.
